Trailer for V looks pretty awesome.
Technically, V was a mini series *and* a full blown series. It ran for at least a season as a proper show.
Instead of V, I think they should seriously reboot Buck Rogers. Now that could be a fun series..
That is actually a decent line up from the big studios. I hope Flash Forward turns out to be interesting and that V is done well. Of course, it can’t really be the same once you know the true motivations of the aliens.
Vince – V is done on present day Earth, as are all of these. I don’t think the Networks are imaginative enough/daring enough to try Buck Rogers. Sci Fi’s Flash Gordon last year was cheap (and cheerful), but surprisingly good once it got rolling. Didn’t make it, though, so I can’t see anyone wanting to try Buck for a few years.
As it has been said in quite a few articles last year, the networks won’t go for space sci-fi anymore. It’s too expensive and they don’t want to [alien]ate housewife viewers. It’s sad, of course.
BTW, watch V’s trailer on the i9.com site, pretty good!
They black out for 2 feet 17 inches ?
From Admin: funny. Now, either say something interesting, or don’t say it at all.
Personally I am looking forward to the yet unannounced “Housewives of Foster City”.
Fringe Season 1 is out on bluray with extra features.
