Recipe: Fruit Salad

Instead of getting your sugar from unhealthy candy/chocolate bars, get it from the right source: fruits. Excellent choice for both summer and winter.

Ingredients (for 3)
* 1/3 cup of pure, unsweetened orange juice
* 5 choices between fresh apples, oranges, pears, bananas, pitted cherries, strawberries, peaches, grapes, kiwis, pineapple etc.
* If the choice are mostly of sour-ish fruits (e.g. oranges) add 1 very small spoon of sugar

1. Get a big bowl. Peel fruits (if applicable), cut them in cubes and place them in.
2. Add the orange juice (and the sugar optionally).
3. Mix well with a ladle. Serve as is (with the ladle).
4. Offer ice-cream bowls & small spoons to your guests. Let them serve themselves using the ladle.

Tip: If you happen to have more guests, use more kinds of fruits at once.
