The pressure of a wedding

She disappeared last Tuesday evening, prompting a massive, three-day search. Late Friday, she called Mason from a pay phone in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and said two people had abducted her, then retracted her story during questioning by the FBI and police.

What’s the big deal about getting married? Why feel the pressure? When I got married, I only had 5 days to find a wedding dress, test it and have it ready for Saturday’s ceremony. And I didn’t even know if I was going to make it on my own wedding as we could not find any flights to France (it was exactly around the 9/11 time where all airports were closed). But it all worked out fine at the end.

The only stress I had was to pull out the ceremony in the church the right way, having never being in a Catholic wedding before, let alone understanding french (except 5 people, all others were only speaking french) or what the priest was saying each time. Other than that, I had great time, food was good (lamb, my favorite :), dancing was good, people were great. And I looked good on the pictures too. 😛
