Putin kisses boy on stomach

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday stopped on a walk through the Kremlin to speak to a young boy before lifting up the boy’s shirt and kissing the astonished youth on his stomach.

How little the westerners understand of eastern culture. While it is not something you do in public, the kissing of a child’s stomach represents parental love. But on a western news site, you are probably going to get some pederasty undertones…

On other news, I put one of our laptops for sale. Additionally, while completing the first month of my diet, I’ve lost ~7 kgs so far.

Americans (gringos) are very sex/emotionally restricted, this to them is a sign of weakness and it embarrass them. Fathers/sons shake hands, something unheard in the underveloped world. Of course there are exceptions, but in general…

When i became a diabetic, 15 years ago, i weighed about 50 lbs too many. I went into a ‘diet’, until i realized, it was no diet; it was my way of eating for the rest of my life. I eat a little bit of the forbidden foods on weekends and during the week i just eat whatever i want in moderate amounts. IOW, i eat like a human being, instead of gorging on my favorites. After a while, my brain got used to the idea, and i refuse to eat more than my allowance. I haven’t had the need to weigh myself except when i go to the doctor every 2 months, and it is always the same.

The moment you start thinking about it as a ‘diet’ there is a connotation that is something temporary and that you’re missing something, and that you will get it back when you are a ‘good person’ again.

Inevitably, you will gain back all the weight you’ve lost plus all the angst and guilty feelings for being so ‘weak’. Everyone KNOWS what’s bad for them, you don’t need gurus or fad diets.

Eat a little bit of everything in MODERATE amounts and that’s it. Of course, i was lucky i had NO choice.

Regards,
Luis

Firstly, who you calling gringo?

Secondly, not all of us are sexually repressed.

“” In Latin America the word gringo is an offensive term for a foreigner, particularly an American or English person. But the word existed in Spanish before this particular sense came into being. In fact, gringo may be an alteration of the word griego, the Spanish development of Latin Graecus, “Greek.” Griego first meant “Greek, Grecian,” as an adjective and “Greek, Greek language,” as a noun. The saying “It’s Greek to me” exists in Spanish, as it does in English, and helps us understand why griego came to mean “unintelligible language” and perhaps, by further extension of this idea, “stranger, that is, one who speaks a foreign language.” The altered form gringo lost touch with Greek but has the senses “unintelligible language,” “foreigner, especially an English person,” and in Latin America, “North American or Britisher.” Its first recorded English use (1849) is in John Woodhouse Audubon’s Western Journal: “We were hooted and shouted at as we passed through, and called ‘Gringoes.’” “”

YOU!

A gringo is a US person, not a Canuck, and not a Limey. And it got nothing to do with greeks.

Your comment is typical from the most racist country in the world. Just ask the messicans, spicks, micks, krauts, nips, chinks, ad nauseum…

Yes, clearly, we are the worst country ever to have existed. We are all racists, and no other country has corrupt leaders, apathetic voters, or any problems at all.

Surely, God will smite us to hell.

I’m sure glad you are not racist a gringo. Gringos need to go home.

Bitching and sounding insulted, pffft!

I wonder who writes answer.com, it can’t be a gringo, nah.

They know more about spanish than us, also your history is written by whom? I forget, enlighten me.

Years from now, the Irak invasion will be viewed as an effort by John Wayne and Pat Robertson to bring democracy to the iraqis and not an oil grab, right?

You guys never learn, the slopes gave you a lesson, and it was forgotten soon enough.

Hmm, i wonder who invented that word. Let me look it up:

Dictionary.com
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/slopes

Offensive Slang. Used as a disparaging term for a person of East Asian birth or descent.

Yeah, you people don’t like to pontificate, and are not given to hipocritical statements, no siree.
