Dieting success — so far

In 10 days I lost 4.5 lbs, that’s almost 2 kgs. In the first 15 days you mostly lose water and not fat though, but the diet goes well, so I am positive.

However, in my quest to find low-calorie food that can fill you up, I experiement a lot and so I stumbled upon some japenese food, noodles made of potato and tofu. They looked good, until I tried it. Yuk! And the soya-based pasta from Italy the other day, yuk too! *If* I crack away of my diet in the near future it won’t be because of the lack of food, but the lack of good food. :-/
