Trying to buy a digital camera

I wanted to buy the Canon A75 digital camera from buydig.com but I can’t seem to login on their site! I can register alright, but I receive no email confirmation or any other confirmation and when I try to enter my login, it says that it doesn’t exist. Tried with both Safari and Firefox, no cake. I am very surprised about this, because everyone says how good buydig.com is.
